Land Development Division Updates

Roadway construction for Phase I of Strongwater Crossing is approximately 90% complete at this time. Earth work continues on many of the home sites. We are currently beginning the earth work and roadway construction for Phase II.

Roadway and infrastructure for our newest development, Stoney Hill Lane in Wakefield, MA is about to commence. With the infrastructure soon to be complete, the project is expected to progress on time with the roadway binder course scheduled for November 2010.
 

Home Building Division Update

We are pleased to announce that we now have several families residing at Strongwater Crossing, with several more houses under construction. We are excited about the response that we have received regarding our home designs thus far and anticipate modest sales for 2010 and 2011.
