PAUL DIBIASE Principal & CEO

Paul DiBiase, Principal of DiBiase Homes, is dedicated to building high quality custom homes and communities that fit with today's active lifestyles. With over 40 years of experience, Paul utilizes his skills and knowledge of building in leading all aspects of the business operations. In keeping with the company's hands-on philosophy, Paul personally oversees and delivers each and every home. His sincere desire for creating a seamless buying experience and delivering high quality homes has solidified his reputation as one of the top real estate developers on the North Shore.

After graduating Wentworth Institute of Technology, Paul joined his father at DiBiase Homes. Since its inception, Paul and his father Ugo, have built over 2,500 homes, townhouses, condominiums and apartments throughout Massachusetts and Florida. Paul strives to maintain the legacy that his father started many decades ago with the hope of continuing this family owned and operated business.

Paul is a long-time resident of Lynnfield, MA.

Diandra DiBiase
DIANDRA DIBIASE Project Manager/Marketing Coordinator

Diandra DiBiase joined the family business in 2015 as a Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator. In her role, Diandra is involved in all stages of construction and development, from initial site planning to interior design coordination. She works directly with all buyers assisting them with their personalization of their new home. In addition, Diandra oversees all aspects of marketing for the company and its projects. With a great attention to detail, Diandra ensures that all homes are delivered according to DiBiase Homes' highest standards.

Diandra graduated Cum Laude from Fairfield University in 2013 with a dual degree in Marketing and Business Management. Diandra resides in Harvard, MA.

Ugo DiBiase
UGO DIBIASE Real Estate Asset Manager

Ugo DiBiase joined the family business in 2017 as a Real Estate Asset Manager. In his role, Ugo focuses on a broad range of development activities including site acquisition, financing, permitting, construction monitoring, and marketing strategies. Prior to joining the family business, Ugo was an Associate at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, where he worked closely with individuals, families and institutions helping them address their unique financial goals.

A 2013 graduate of Trinity College in Hartford CT, Ugo holds a double major in Economics and Engineering. Ugo is an alumnus of the Belmont Hill School and acts as a class agent within the Alumni community. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston. Ugo resides in Boston, MA.
